Terrific experience! My call was answered by a friendly and helpful lady who sent a technician to my home right away. The tech fixed my air conditioning, leaving me with a nice cool house. I stopped by their office to pay my bill and there was an adorable lemonade stand in front. Seems an employee's boy was doing that to raise money for a charitable cause. How cool is that?
