I'll tell you this, everyone who works there at Companion Animal Hospital, from the counter person who does invoices and answer phones, to the animal techs and those who take temperatures and help with surgeries, to the doctors, are awesome. They really are compassionate people.
I have been a customer for over 20 years and have seen some changes in their company over the years. Certain techs and doctors leave and new ones come in, but they always have been good. I missed those that left but am pleased with the new ones that come. I have a good history of knowledge of them. Their doctors are good. They do good work.
One thing that really bothers me, and this is not exclusive to them but to the entire veterinarian industry, is the cost. Sometimes the fees are very expensive. For some people, that prohibits them from doing certain things for their pets. Companion Animal Hospital, I have noticed, is willing to work with you if you explain your situation. They will help you do the best you can with the funds available, and I can't say that about everyone in the area.
My cat is on antibiotics, my dog is on antibiotics, and my cat is getting a major oral cleaning very soon, and they're good. They do everything, so I am really pleased. They are compassionate, loving people with pets of their own. They're great.
