Bruce did an outstanding job and for one of the most particular people you may want to meet. I actually went without hot water for 2 days to have Bruce take care of replacing my hot water heater. He is very knowledgeable and a very nice person. I really appreciate all the hard work he did for me. Thank you again.. bj
