Cant speak for all location but Fort Lauderdale is managed correctly. They mixed up an order and delivered very late, the manager left me a message to apologize and the new online system was causing some issue. Food is good, good ingredients, good delivery time and always hot. They follow all the comments i add in the order and their New York Bold Fold is very tasty.
