I needed my furnace/air conditioning unit replaced and I found Service Specialties through a home improvement store. The first time they came out they gave me a quote. They later returned to do the installation. The people who did the work were very courteous and very clean. They gave me information about my unit and how to operate it. The unit is working fine.
I'm very pleased with their work. After talking to them I found out that they do more than just A/C and heating units so I'm considering calling them back to do some work on my water heater. I highly recommend them!
