My worst experience with any business in my life. First time an owner of a business actually used foul language towards me. There is just no excuse to curse at your customer, and this is after I've paid him $650 for service. Obviously Jim is very unfriendly along with the lady in the front desk. First time I walked in, she didn't even have the courtesy to look up at me. She continued looking at her paperwork while asking me what's wrong with my car.\r

I feel I was over charged and they did a sloppy job at putting the car back together after the repair. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In addition, they didn't even honor their own $25 discount. According to them, you must mention it up front and it cannot be used if you've negotiated a discount. All I know is that it didn't say that on the coupon.
