This review does not imply that I was in any way dissatisfied by the way I was treated by Sheryl Mertz or the ordering process in any way. The installation problems I encountered were due to missing install parts, and the guides not being properly prepared for the installation of the optional bottom bar mounted interior slide locks. These issues should have been caught on the pick-up loading dock when I asked if I had everything I needed to install the optional interior slide locks. The staff at the dock should have known I was missing a packet of install hardware and they also should have checked the door guides and would have seen that the cutouts necessary for the optional slide locks to work had not been cut into the bottom of the side guides. The missing parts and the need for me to cut slots in the bottom of the guides caused me many hours of extra time in order to install this door on a Friday evening. I was not very happy about this.
