I wasn't happy that I needed them but the experience was positive. Efficient customer service, easy to schedule. Delivered on promised time frame. Chris was friendly, professional and neat. Explained everything and told me about online coupon. I do think they are a bit expensive but 6 month guarantee is good to have. Hoping the solution I bought truly solves my clogged drain problems in the long run.
