I got a recommendation to try Box from a few friends who used them for refi. The was the smoothest mortgage process I've ever been through. There is still the hassle of producing all the documentation that goes with any loan, but once I submitted that, Box ran with it. They kept me posted via their website and weekly calls, but my work was done. They even sent a notary to my house at a time of my choosing to do the closing. Great experience and I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.
