I was very pleased from the first time I called Jackson & MacNichol. A person always answered the phone, and they always returned my calls in a very timely manner. Everyone I spoke with was always polite, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. The firm did the hard work for me. I received monthly updates by postcard, instead of being left in the dark. At my hearing, Mr. Jackson was there in the flesh, not one of his representatives. I definitely recommend this firm!
