Yesterday I was told by Karim That He would NOT repair the power steering pump on the 2005 Honda Pilot I recently purchased, without charging me. I figured I would give them one last chance to back up the product that they sold, and repair the safety issue free of charge as an appropriate customer care action. Since talking on the phone was fruitless, this is my next option. They did not respond to e-mail or facebook message aster the phone call. If doing right by their customers is not how they choose to run your business, I will make sure every person I know understands exactly how they conduct business.
