In response to Mohomed H. review: We have NO hidden charges. On our rental contract it clearly states that we offer a Free pickup with a 10 day notice, less than 10 days will incur a pickup charge . Mr. H called on 11/14/11 and had to be picked up on 11/16/12. In additon, he had read and signed our rental contract agreeing to this.\r

We stand behind our 24 year reputation in Austin and appreciate all of our customers. We go over all details with our customers regarding deliveries and pickups in great detail. I'm truly sorry Mr. H thinks this 1 charge was hidden when in fact it was not. It was discussed with him at that time he called for a pickup.
