It amazes me how little value businesses place on the role of their first point of customer contact. I phoned the office to ask two questions about one of the properties they have listed. I was spoken to rudely and informed that without providing my name and number they would not answer my questions. I would NEVER list a house with an agency that pays so little attention to their potential buyers and who works against home sales. I rate this agency with a 0 for beyond poor customer service and a lack of loyalty to their clients, the home owner that just lost a potential sale.
