Ductworks was prompt with coming out to check on the smell we had coming from my son's ducts. Jul took the time to call in and make sure he could come back to clean it out as soon as possible. He came out on time and did the work he promised including adding xpel to get rid of the smell. Enough time hasn't passed to see if smell is gone, but very happy with Jul's service.
