we (unfortunately) bought a new heat pump and furnace from Millers - its a Lennox brand, top of the line. The service staff at Millers is generally very good - sometimes we get a rookie, but they try hard. No compliants there. But my advice to anyone is Never, ever buy a lennox system. Nothing but trouble, service calls every year. And of course just when you need it, the system fails. A real lemon, Lennox.
