I am very pleased with the service I received from Melissa Daugherty at Kline. I stopped in on a whim and a few weeks later had ?whimmed? myself into the idea of my dream Volvo! Kline didn?t have it in stock, but Melissa worked hard to find me my little fantasy car. She took great efforts to secure a decent trade in, and was patient and kind in answering all my questions and concerns, and easygoing with my indecisiveness. She continued to work with me after the sale in finding the accessories and mod parts that I was visualizing for my car. I cannot say enough about Melissa. She led me through what should have been a terrifying-for-me process (my very first car buying experience ?on my own?) and made it heartening and satisfying.
