I went for a highlight and cut today because I know the prices here are pretty reasonable and I was SEVERELY dissapointed!! The staff was inexperienced. They took phone calls during their appointments. I left their feeling ugly and sad and still paid my normal price. Lesson learned is not to pinch pennies on something as important as my hair, i will not go back!
