First off, I never write reviews but I had such a great experience at CCFAB yesterday that I have too. I am new to the area & I was looking for a braid shop. I came across CCFAB online & saw all the great reviews & decided to call. They answered all of my questions & I scheduled an appointment for the followng day. I got the amazing Grace. She did Senegalese twists for me at the Cary location. It was a neat & comfortable environment. She provided great customer service by being friendly & making me feel welcome. She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted. We discussed the style, size of braid, length, etc. My hair is fairly long (midway my back) and thick. Ms. Grace did my hair in under 6 hours. (in other shops it usually takes 8 or more hours). Ms. Grace also asked if she could choose the color for my hair & I trusted her. I'm glad I did bc she mixed a beautiful color for me. I usually play it safe with standard black/dark brown. But she mixed a small amount of an auburn like color & it came out lovely. She made great conversation with me & was unbelievably funny. I walked out a very satisfied customer. It's a good feeling when you feel like you got the best service & product for your money. I will definitely be returning.
