My expectations were low about finally finding what was going on with my Samsung refrigerator. I had went through 3 other companies and after finding this one and a friend telling me to at least try them before giving up on my refrigerator. Doug came out on 2 different times and finally the refrigerator is working and this woman can finally sat back and relax with a good glass of wine.
