Bad experience with this company! I regret calling this company. They came out installed an air conditioner and left without completing their job. The came back out after a week when I called them back. This air conditioner was installed about 2 months ago and I have had them come out 4 times to fix varies of problems. The last time they came out, my air conditioner was not working as well as my furnace. The tech said that it my furnace was bad and tried to sell me a new one. (By the way, tried to charge me $249.00 for ""travel charge"", when he couldn't get that from me, he tried to charge me for 49.00) That did not work because I have warranty and he did not have anything in writing stating that those are the fees for coming out. I had coverage for my furnace through another company and I called them out to take a look at my furnace. My furnace had a blown fuse which was caused by the air conditioner when it's turned on. I called Dean's company back and show them the testings that the other company did. They finally fixed it, hopefully something else will not break. I spend a lot of money putting this new air conditioner in and have so many problems with it already. I'm very disppointed in this company. I don't not recommend this company anyone!
