NEVER BUY A ROOF FROM Top View Roofing (aka South Coast Roofing and Repair) or any of its predatory subsidiaries. The company that performed the service, South Coast Roofing and Repair, has been recognized as ""Involuntarily dissolved"" by the Office of the Secretary of State in Texas as of 7/5/2011. The owner(s) have a number of roofing companies but most of them are rolled up under the name Top View Roofing. 2 years and 3 days after the purchase date of the garage roof, the garage roof was leaking. I immediately contacted the owner and he said the warranty was void based on 50 MPH winds in the area. I researched his 50 MPH wind statement and it is unfounded thanks to the public weather data posted by various weather stations in our area. The max wind speed/gust captured was no greater than 34 MPH.
