I received a quote from this company a week after paying the fee. The company wanted 199.99 for 9 tiles plus an additional fee since the tiles would be shipped to a residential address. I was willing to pay the price quoted since the tile has been discontinued. However, the contract states that the company does not guarantee that there will not be imperfections in the tile. I told the man I spoke with that I would buy the tile if the company would assure me that they were sending 9 tiles that they would consider usable. I told him I realized the dye lots would be different, but that I needed the tiles to be unblemished for that amount of money. Although I was willing to pay almost 200.00 for 9 tiles, they would not do this. I can cut down larger tiles for this application, so I chose not to give this company that has such poor customer service up front my business, since I felt this would be how they would deal with me if I ran into any problems during the transaction.
