By far the BEST!! I got engaged the day after Thanksgiving in 2010 and I remember when I began looking at rings. I had an idea of what I wanted but never found THE ring until I visited Reiner's. My husband's family has used Reiner's for many years so before we got engaged we went and I had the privilege of working with Steven Reiner. He was able to make my dream ring come true! Steven asked me what I had in mind and I described it as he drew it out and a few weeks later he had a wax of my ring made. I wish I could say it was exactly what I wanted it but it wasn?t. My husband, Will quickly realized that it was the way I described it because it came out exactly how I explained it to Steven. From there, Will and Steven took over. Steven was so incredibly patient and understanding when the first wax wasn?t exactly what I wanted and started completely over. The second wax was it and it was beautiful?even though it was blue wax! Will got to pick my center stone from four different stones after carefully looking at each of them through a microscope. Will proposed and at that point, I had only seen a blue wax without any diamonds. I could not believe my eyes, it was gorgeous!! The ring that was placed on my finger as my soul mate asked me to marry him was exactly what I wanted and so much more! A ring made specifically for me. Our first year anniversary was this past May and Will went to visit Steven again. This time?he made me beautiful diamond stud earrings. Simply elegant, timeless, and stunningly beautiful! Reiner?s is family owned and they truly treat everyone that walks through their door like family!
