I needed a locksmith Monday night as I stupidly locked my keys in the house. I called Lock and Tech USA and they told me it would be about an hour before someone can come out to assist me. I decided to wait and am happy I did as their ""Tech"" showed up and was not only extremely pleasant and professional but he took care of opening up my door in less then 2 minutes and did not try to charge me anything extra.
