This place is life changing!!! I have been told so many wrong things about what I should be doing and eating. None of it worked leaving me broke and still fat! Thisd is the first time in 13 years I can fit in a single digit. I can wear a bathing suit and not feel insecure! I'm getting questions about how I lost the weight so quickly. Before when I lost weight I didn't look this great because I was losing muscle and not eating correctly. This place actually teaches you what you should be eating and why. They helped me understand labels and always are open to questions. They are super friendly and work with me all the time. I love these guys!
