I initially encountered this dealership when I was visiting Chicago and needed service on my Astro van. Their service department is open until 11:00PM on weekdays. When I moved to the area I kept using the service department for my aging Impala and was very satisfied. When the time came for a new vehicle, I checked other dealerships and even they knew of Jennings service department's reputation. I was lucky to connect with salesman Alan Stern. He listened to what my wife and I wanted, and found a great, slightly used car at a fair price. After the deal was offered, I was told to think it over to see if it met my needs. Alan still calls to ask if there is anything he can do to help us enjoy our car. He helped this technology-challenged mature person learn how to utilize the features of the car.
