Have been in Dimond store several times. Used to be that sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable--but not so last two visits. Young staff more interested in talking. Older staff rushed and even rude when cutting tables not busy. Had to wait at checkout for three clerks to stop talking (and not about store business). Thank goodness for the internet!
