The service for this company is good but with that said, they are hands down the worst company in town when it comes to cost. The technicians are also on commision so they will push everything they have at you to sepnd as much as possible. When I called then to replace a manufactured warranty item they wanted to charge $850 dollars for labor. This was outrageous. I called aroud and spoke to about a half dozen other companies and they all were 3/4 cheaper than Jon Wayne. I used someone else of course. Be very careful when dealing with Jon Wayne, they do not have your best interest in heart, only their bank account.
