I am happy to see that others feel the same way about Dr. Sharma and his staff as I do- there is more to being a good vet than the animal care alone. While my animals were well cared for for 11 years, the customer care and customer service has steadily declined over the past couple years. Dr. Sharma is pompous and unsupportive and his staff are curt, rude and more importantly inefficient and careless!! They lack respect for customers time or requests and do not honor what they say one conversation to the next! Dr. Sharma was fine to lose a cuatomer rather than address the issues that were brought up. good riddens- there are lots of other vets out there!
