i ordered the upgraded single twisting spring which they gave me the stock double sping pully assembly. Also the weather seal stuff didn't arrive with the shippment either. Everthing came in one big box so I signed that I got it but infact the order was short. RESPONSE FROM DOORS DIRECT: I looked in to your order and it appears that you ordered extension spring for your door. From your comments I think that you actually wanted the torsion spring system. This could be a mistake in terminology but we always ask our customers to check the order prior to us manufacturing. This is normally when we catch problem like this but it obviously slipped through the net. As for any missing parts we normally send out any missing parts a.s.a.p. after being informed by the customer. I cannot tell by your comments if you contacted us and we sent the parts. more
