Door arrived in good condition with all of the hardware and instructions. My slots for the locks were cut halfway up the tracks instead of at the bottom. When I called tech support I was told that the person I should talk to was at lunch and that I should call back later. When I called back I was told that the person was busy and could not speak to me. When I asked them to call me, they said that I would have to call back. I wound up cutting the slots myself into the bottom of the new tracks. The door is nice--the customer/tech service need some serious help!! more
