It took a long time to get my order properly fulfilled and only after my incessant and insistent phone calls which many times went unanswered. They screwed the first order up and they would not do anything about getting the proper part number for me. I had to find them on my own after calling Clopay HQ's and the local Orlando Distribution Center. It was almost 3 months before I got all the parts I needed. To add insult to injury when some of the window frames failed after being installed for just a few months they refused to replace under warranty so I ended up paying for new replacement parts.
The one thing they have going for them is that they have good prices and were just about the only company around that I could buy the garage door window assemblies from, no one in Central Florida would even talk to me about the window frames
RESPONSE FROM DOORS DIRECT:
From the photos that we saw it looked like the window frames had been fitted with an electric screwdriver. These tend to over tighten the plastic and will easily crack the frame.
