I ordered a roll-up door for my workshop. When I placed the order I spoke with a real person and together we stepped through each aspect of the door and the way it would fit in my rough opening. It was a very thorough process and it left me feeling that every possible issue had been addressed at the end of the call. It arrived when they said it would and the included instructions were good. Although there were no instructions for attaching some of the trim/facia pieces. Overall, this is a very solid, heavy door. Make sure you have a friend help you lift it into place, it is heavy!
