The drain in the basement was backed up and I called the first plumber that came to mind...Roto-Rooter! The office on Montana Ave. is closest to us in Cincinnati and Aaron was here in less than a half an hour. He was honest, professional, and did a great job. He cleaned up the mess from the backed up drain and was very helpful in explaining the situation and how to try to prevent the problem from happening again.
