My son is 6 years old and I have two other children ages 2 and 7 months. I have been going to this office since the 1st one was born. I LOVE This office. I drive all the way to Santa Monica from the Valley JUST to use this office. I do this because I know that my kids will not be given antibiotics for a common cold that will go away on its own. My kids will not have blood work and extra test done just for billing and My kids will be in extremely knowledgable capable medical hands if there is ever, god forbid, a serious issue or illness.... The Rude, coldness, that you may hear these new parents talking about is what I would call frankness or a bit of a matter of fact attitude. They are there to tell us if there is a problem, not ask us how our day was. They are the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. My son had a rare bacteria when he was about 6 months old and they were the only ones who knew what it was. If you are looking for someone to coddle you instead of care for your child than I suggest you reconsider your decision because this is the type of office that will be there for you when there is a real concern and be brief and to the point when you are being a scared 1st time 2nd time or for that matter, a 3rd time mother and/or father.
