I was told that spots in the carpet would be pre-treated and I question that they actually were treated. Reason I am questioning that is because there were several spots that did not come out, and yes I was told that some spots may not come out. However, after several days, I applied my own oxy-clean spray and the spots came out. There was also one area in the master bedroon that did not look any better than before and that also was decreased after my own effort. Therefore, I am very unhappy with the results of the cleaning and would not recommend your service to anyone.
