Pros:
-Offered me a great rate
-Corporate discounts that were unmatched by the competition
- Fast, online process for uploading all documentation (no faxing)
- On time and relatively quick close (i.e. < 45 days)
- Responsive (email, phone).
Cons:
Everything was going as planned until the very last day before scheduled close, when the processor asked for proof of more documentation on available cash reserves "because the underwriter wanted to see it." I had to scramble and upload various statements, and this was a bit of an inconvenience. Next time, I would prefer to be notified sooner that the underwriter wanted more documentation which I would be happy to provide.
