I have ordered three separate times from them for rift & quarter sawn 1/2 inch oak flooring. Each time they were very easy to deal with, the pricing was equal or slightly better than most (I did shop my custom order around) and the communication level was very proactive and helpful. I would recommend them for hardwood flooring material.
