I have owned a rental home in Tucson for the past 4 years. The first year I took care of it myself, a lot more work than I expected. I called different companies but chose Rathbun Realty and hired them to take over for me. What a relief!! I am now ""headache"" free. I have great tenants and their crew takes care of anything that comes up, repairs, problems, ETC. They really are the best! Happy Guy!
