I am a new tenant to Rathbun Realty. I was currently renting a home that was managed by another company for 5 years. When the owner of the property switched management companies I was very hesitant and did not know if I would renew my lease with the current change. I loved the house I was in, however I did not adjust well to change. Rathbun quickly made all my fears disappear and they were so helpful with the change. They called me to introduce themselves to me, sent me all the information I needed, and made sure I felt a little more comfortable. They answered all of my questions/concerns and made me feel like they truly cared for their tenants. I have now signed a new lease with Rathbun and I cannot express how grateful I am that they were so courteous. I love the house that I am in and I have truly made it a home for me and my family. Thank you to everyone over there at Rathbun!!!
