I was VERY disappointed from my experience. That experience is not what I am use to. The dental hygienist recommended a deep cleaning, but do to time constraints, she said she couldn't do it. If you guys hadn't wasted time on photographing my teeth and having me watching the 2012 Olympics, I'm sure there would have been time. To charge $620 for a deep cleaning is ridiculous. They didn't wanted to do a normal cleaning - they wanted to sell me a $620 deep cleaning and come back in three weeks. I had to complain and tell the staff that I was upset and didn't appreciate coming there and asked to come back in three weeks. I wanted my stains removed and they finally did it. No one charges $620 for a deep cleaning or expected to bring in their mechanical toothbrush. I will not be back. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a dentist office. You guys are money hungry for add-ons. I just wanted a cleaning, not pictures of my teeth or told by the dentist that I have a STD. (verrucous carcinoma) My glands had hurt this morning due to excessive snoring....and I am asked if I am gay because I may have an STD in my throat. When I got home, I had to take a sedative. It doesn't get any worse than my experience. I hope you don't treat your other customers that way. Your office has bad time management. I respectfully ask that if ANYTHING is not paid by insurance, that the debt is forgiven. The back of your practice looks like a 3rd world country. I know you're in Buckhead and need to pay your clinic's rent, but don't take advantage of me. If you're rich, this is the place for you - I guess.
