I spoke to my contact with FCC Collision Centers. I spoke to another employee too, and they were both very friendly and courteous. They set up and ordered the parts on the day of the accident. I brought the car in the following Monday. The car was repaired a day earlier than planned! It was the easiest transaction I ever had to deal with for a collision! It was very automated.
