DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are truly the worse movers I have ever used. I was told when I signed the contract that they are professional piano movers, LIARS. I watched them drop the piano off the dolly and damage the piano. When I contacted the owner he agreed to come look at the damage. Then he clearly accused me of lying, He said that damage wasnt caused by his guys. We went back and forth for months arguing with them. they now claim they dont receive my claim paperwork. Its been 8 months of fighting with them. Terrible experience. Also the took my kids crib and sons race car bed apart to move and then couldnt put it back together, lost bolts,.Totally rude owners,This was a horrible, exhausting move. now i have damaged furniture and an owner that refuses to handle the claim
