Horrible customer service! I went with my mom to get a cut and color (a light, sunny blonde is what I wanted) and walked out with orange tinted roots and a brassy blonde. When I tried to call and tell them how much I disliked the color they told me they would call back. I got a very rude message on my mother's cell phone telling her that they wouldn't fix my color and that they did everything right. I am a 22 year old, I work and live on my own and pay for everything I need. The fact that they couldn't even call ME to discuss the issue was utterly ridiculous. They apparently never give refunds and WILL NOT work with you if you leave unhappy. Save yourself an awful salon experience and go elsewhere! I have heard wonderful things about Wink salon and Adorn in Asheville.
