AMAZING FACILITY, INCREDIBLE FOOD AND FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wife and i attended a wedding at the Preston Woodall House this past weekend and were truly blown away with this venue. After reading the post below we felt that we needed to respond and give our review as well. We arrived early at the Preston Woodall House last Friday and were greeted by a very friendly staff. My wife and I think the ladies name was Phyllis and the Executive Chef Brian greeted us in a very welcoming manner and showed us to our room. Our bedroom was well appointed, very clean and had all the amenities that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed at the Preston Woodall House for 2 nights and enjoyed incredible food and customer service and our best friends were ecstatic at all the details and the effort that went into making their day truly wonderful! There were minor situation that the staff had to deal with over the weekend but their professionalism and prompt attention to everything made it a GREAT experience. Thanks Preston Woodall House ... after reading the review below we all know and understand that once in a while you get a real winner for a client and that is what that appears to be!!!
