I found the Emerald City Model & Talent team to be very up front on the their expectations and understanding of my expectations. They were gracious to allow me to keep talking for 1 1/2 hours...I really appreciate their patience. I might be new to this business, but not business. We clearly defined what each others roles were, the actions required by each party for our mutually beneficial success (my contracts and leadership training might be showing through here). Short story - I would recommend this team for those of you that are wanting to put an honest effort into this business - like any business or industry; you get out what you are willing to put in.
