DO NOT CALL!!! I called them for dryer repair. I spent the next 2 weeks calling to check on the status b/c they had taken a $200 deposit. I was told that the person placing the order had ordered the wrong part multiple times. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to leave a message, which I did twice but never got a call back. One of the 2 ladies I usually spoke with was extremely rude on the phone. The other was understanding and tried to assist. This morning I get a call asking if I would be home today before they check if the part arrived, which doesn't make any sense. Then after the call back, I was told there is a bigger problem and they cannot fix the dryer.
