On June 18, 2012 I called Yes Air Conditioning & Plumbing to have my AC repaired and they sent out a repairman named ED. I was working through my bank and after talking to a very nice woman on the phone (Shelly) we worked out all of the logistics for them to be paid. My bank insists on paying the company directly so BofA was to mail them a direct check. So after waiting ALL DAY in comes ED with the most unprofessional rude attitude you could imagine. He was tired and told me he couldn't believe he was sent back out to this house. I was appauled at the amount of unprofessionalism. It was truly unbelieaveable. He did inform me that the AC was old and needed to be replaced but a charge would get us through the summer. He said he would not charge our ac unit without a check on the spot for $300 and he proceded to tell me Shelly was an idiot and had no clue what she was talking about as far as our payment arraingment with the bank. We told him to please do something as it is 106 degrees out
