They have been great. We built a new house and they installed our Geo-Thermal. Being new, we haven't worked out the kinks yet. I have had to call them several times. Each time, they have been very kind, friendly, and professional. They come on the same day I call. Have walked me through how to use everything. Today, they had to come out to check a fuse and as they were leaving, saw my father-in-law, whose unit they also installed. Mike stopped to ask if everything was ok and if he was having any issues. Dad needed a new filter and he called and had one ordered and showed him how to change it when it came in.
You just don't get customer service like this anymore. I would recommend them to everyone.
