Thermo Direct came on a hot day and worked all through the day. Seemed real knowledgeable, consistent and stayed on the job. Took a very short lunch break and made sure the air didn't need to be off for very long. I can tell from what they did that we should have used them a long time ago because the flow of air in our home has greatly improved.
